Musique en Ré

Founded in the mid 1980s, Musique en Ré is the oldest music event on Île de Ré. The classical music festival takes place across several towns on the island, including Le Bois-Plage-en-Ré, with concerts held in churches, on town squares and at heritage sites, often in small venues that keep audiences close to the performers. Part of the programme is presented outdoors and free of charge.
