NOA Festival

NOA (New Opera Action) is a contemporary opera and interdisciplinary art festival held in Vilnius every three years, born out of the Operomanija movement founded in 2008. It steps outside traditional opera conventions to explore crossings between disciplines, championing creative freedom, collective work and openness to varied forms. The program favors new works and world premieres, without sticking to a fixed thematic or formal framework.
