About
Founded in 2002 by the town of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, in Provence, the Rencontres musicales is an academy festival for chamber music run with the Ensemble Calliopée. Young musicians from conservatories train alongside professionals. Free concerts and rehearsals take place across the village: the church, the Salle des Moulins, gardens, the local cave.
