About
Founded in 2013 in Itaipava, a mountain district of Petrópolis in Rio de Janeiro state, Rock the Mountain has grown into the state's second largest music festival. It takes place outdoors in the hilly Serra Fluminense landscape, with several stages and installations alongside attractions such as a zip line and a Ferris wheel. Its lineup blends rock and electronic music.
