Roots Picnic

Roots Picnic is a music and culture festival held in Philadelphia by the band The Roots, who traditionally perform at their own event. It centers on hip hop, R&B, soul and Black American music in all its breadth, pairing major headliners with rising artists and local DJs. The two-day festival recently moved to Belmont Plateau, a large open-air site in the city.
