Tardoire Allegro

Run by the Tardoire Allegro association, this chamber music festival takes place every summer in Montbron and Écuras, in the Charente region. It brings together young instrumentalists from the area and professional concert musicians around a classical repertoire, with works by composers such as Shostakovich, Purcell, Schubert, Schumann and Beethoven, aiming to spread musical culture in a rural setting.
